the rain in seattle falls mainly on my head...

Grrr, fall is back with a vengence. And now it's twenty of six and normally that means, "woohoo! work's done!" but today it means, "hell. i have to ride the scooter home in the fucking rain." Word of advice: Don't go to work if it's raining. (I never said it was the most practical advice.) I'm pretty sure I'm up to the half-way point in the thing I'm reading at the moment. It's called the Internet and it's sortof dragging right now. This was the terrifying highlight of today's portion, but even that had little real content. So most of the day was spent reading hit-or-miss captions. And trying to avoid letting the morose attitude of my co-worker cause me to do her bodily harm. Word of advice: If you sit on your hands, you can't hit anybody with them. So don't sit on your hands. That is all.

Quit Altria

So although it would be very entertaining (for a week, maybe) to quit using forks, I've decided instead to quit all Philip Morris products.

So no more Miller High Life
no more Philadelphia Cream Cheese
no more Cool Whip
no more Kraft Mac & Cheese
no more Jell-o
no more Toblerone
no more Post Raisin Bran

Those are just the ones I'll actually miss. So I'm going to finish off the products that I still have. They've already got my money for those so I'll be damned if I'll let them go to waste. Kraft Parmesan Cheese, Deli Slices ('merican Cheese) and I'm pretty sure that my instant Mashed Potatos are off-limits, too.

So long Altria, I hope you all burn in your own personal interpretations of hell!

So, the last time I was sick this long I quit smoking. Now I'm wondering what to quit this time. I don't know if there's actually anyone out there reading this but suggestions would be great. And let's not be stupid, I'm not going to quit drinking.
