I shouldn't be surprised. The fact is, I've been looking at my May calendar for the last three months, watching it fill up to the point of absurdity. "Busiest. Month. Ever," I was saying to myself and to anyone else who would listen. The work, the birthday, the "on-duty" bullshit, the weekend Spoken English tests, the car-buying, the work, the brother's graduation, the work...on and on. So of course any fool could see I would have to get the flu somewhere in there. And here it is! Please forgive me while I crawl back into bed.
