challenging times

So Jed has been rolling in challenges, and Chase has certainly been thinking about them all the time if not actually participating in most of them. I don't really want to be involved in the whole challenge mess (except maybe the fork bit) but I do feel like I need to do something to spice up my day-to-day life. I would say I need a new hobby, but I've never really been a big fan of hobbies, so then the options are limited. There's the pet route, which Skyler seems to be leaning toward, but I certainly don't have the room for any kind of pet that I would actually want. So I'm afraid that all I'm left with is the new drug route, unless someone can come up with a better idea...

(Boy, it's tiresome making up a fake name and email address. Wish I didn't have to in order to post anonymously.)

You don't have room for a cat ... or don't want one? What kind of heartless fiend are you anyway?

get a cat! mine will need a friend who's not unemployed. (by whom i mean me)

also, the fork bit will definitely keep you on your toes. it's not nearly as easy as i'd thought it'd be.

or you can do those 3d puzzle things. one time i did a 3d graceland, and i thought it would take an hour. i started at 7 at night and finished at 5 a.m. man those things are hard, and much cheaper than drugs.

ooh, or you can write a haiku everyday.

hmm, i think i may have to add that to my list...

You might find it entertaining to get a cat. They don't much care if you don't feed them or whether you come home every week. Also, staging wars against cats makes cold, dark nights go by quickly. You can paint banners to hang from your bugle. Whittle spears and arrows. Craft cages and dig traps. Cat wars may be just the hobby you're looking for. And they're perfectly compatible with drug and alcohol abuse. Enjoy!
